Real Sociedad midfielder Martin Zubimendi has insisted he has not made up his mind to join Arsenal. And is now focused solely on international duty.

Last month, the สมัคร UFABET วันนี้ รับเครดิตฟรีสำหรับสมาชิกใหม่ reported that the Gunners had agreed personal terms with Zubimendi. And were prepared to pay Real Sociedad’s £51million release clause.
The Daily Mirror reported that Arsenal were just completing a medical before unveiling the player. However, the 26-year-old has now spoken to a local outlet, explaining that is not the case.
“Of course I have options but it looks like it will be a long and different summer,” Zubimendi said ahead of Spain’s Nations League semi-final against France on Thursday.
“I don’t know where it will end but I don’t think that’s the priority right now. “
I’m with the national team, which requires a lot of concentration. If I need to say something, I will do it.”
After reports surfaced that he was set to undergo a medical with the north London club, Zubimendi posted a photo on Instagram of a beach in San Sebastian.
“That’s a good example of what happens in football,” the Sociedad alumni explained.
“Many times I wake up in the morning and I’m like, ‘ Oh, … Then I read something that I didn’t know I had done. That news is a clear example.”
“I don’t pay much attention to what’s on the media, but I post those pictures to emphasize a little bit that it’s not true.”
Zubimendi was also asked about the possibility of working again with Xabi Alonso, his former boss during his time at Sociedad’s reserve team, who is now taking charge of Real Madrid.
“I always said that Alonso was my idol. I was very lucky to have him as a coach in the reserve team and the following year I made it to the first team. “
However, I don’t want to talk about the future. I want to live in the present and respect the national team camp before important games.”
